1. What is PunchLink?
PunchLink is the first French Completion Management platform dedicated to industrial projects (SMEs and mid-market). Construction, revamping, decarbonation, maintenance: PunchLink centralizes progress, orders, payments, punch lists, EHS, As-Built dossier, meeting minutes, and documentation in a single tool.
Built by an industrial veteran for industrial users (20+ years of field experience), PunchLink replaces project Excel files, scanned Word meeting minutes, and manual As-Built compilation. It complements (without replacing) your existing tools: office Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Autodesk ACC, SAP, your corporate DMS.

PunchLink V3 offers 4 simple plans + an optional add-on. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time via Settings > My subscription.

PunchLink AI add-on
EUR 49/user/month. Opt-in per user. Pilot your projects in natural language via Claude Desktop, Cowork, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible client. Included with Enterprise.
BUILD plan: pick the exact number of users (1, 3, 12, 50...). No minimum. Annual commitment = -15%.
3. First login and onboarding
On first login, an onboarding assistant guides you through 3 to 4 steps (depending on your plan):

Name, registration #, role, logo. Used for meeting minute signatures, Word exports, invoices.

Name, type (construction, revamping, decarbonation...), sector, location, budget. Creates an operational project immediately.

Batch invite Owner's Engineer, PM, Purchasing, EHS, contractors. Automatic emails in 6 languages.
You can skip onboarding (Later button) and relaunch it from Settings > Redo onboarding. A demo project can be auto-generated if you choose Discover.
4. The 10 integrated modules
All modules are included in all plans. Here's what they do:
Project
Overview + Executive View. Dashboard of finances, progress, risks, milestones.
Lots and phases
Lot breakdown, 10 weighted default phases, billing milestones per phase. Zero-redundancy progress model.
Punch list
Unlimited punch items, kanban, photos, voice in 6 languages, offline mode. Blocking items hold payment.
Orders and change orders
Main orders + N change orders per lot. Direct SAP MM link (PDF import). Owner/Engineer/PM validation flow.
Progress claims and payments
Auto-generated after phase validation. % / EUR conversion. Paid status shown on project banner and Executive View.
EHS / HSE
Permits (8 categories), incidents, near-miss, qualifications (73 catalog codes), document requests, sanctions. Certified Word export.
Meeting minutes
Reserve, delivery, acceptance MoM. Glossary in 6 languages. Word export with signatures, branding, photos.
As-Built dossier
As-Built file. 17 document types in 6 languages. Daily reminder cron. AI suggestions for gaps.
Documents
Project DMS: contracts, drawings, certificates, letters. WYSIWYG branding, auto-archive at project end.
Planning
Gantt phases + Excel import + delay alerts. For critical-path detailed planning: stay on MS Project / Primavera.

8. Security and compliance
PunchLink applies 5 security pillars:
Postgres multi-tenant RLS
Every database row is filtered by project and role. A contractor only sees their lots, their orders.
EU hosting
Supabase Frankfurt + Ireland. No data transfer outside EU. Full GDPR compliance.
Full audit trail
All actions logged (who, when, what). Viewable by L2V Admins and exportable.
Daily backups
Automatic backups every 24h. 30-day retention. Restoration on request.
Kill-switches
In case of incident, L2V can cut AI access or suspend an account in 1 click.
