This page fully documents the calculation bases used in our public communications (landing pages, comparatives, LinkedIn posts). All sources are public, verifiable, and hypotheses are explicit. Our objective: be unassailable on the figures advanced.

Range retained (without Procore/Aconex): 6,000 to 10,500 €/year of dispersed tool subscriptions. With Procore or Aconex added: 20,000 to 50,000 €/year.
For our public communications, we retain a prudent range: 8,000 to 15,000 €/year, which covers the majority of SME/mid-market French industrial configurations without overestimating.
2. HR dispersion hours (lost productivity)
Consistent sources on time lost in double entry, manual reporting, information search across siloed tools:

3. Manual DOE compilation (As-Built Record / Completion Record) vs Intelligent DOE
Sourced estimates from industry-specialized firms:
- Manual DOE compilation end of project: 30-60 h per project (doc collection, compliance verification NF P 03-001, filing, PDF generation)
- Typical DO team: 2-4 industrial projects/year
- Mixed hourly rate (CDP + assistant): 50 €/h
- Annual manual DOE cost: 60-240 h × 50 € = 3,000 to 12,000 €/year

4. Untraced contractor disputes
Public sources on industrial litigation:

Savings retained (very conservative): 0 to 20,000 €/year avoided. This line is deliberately difficult to generalize. We set it "at 0" in our public calculations to remain cautious, but it can represent the main savings item on a project headed to dispute.

Our public communication references this range or displays "≈ 50 to 100 k€/year" to remain defensible, verifiable, and sourced. For larger cases (Procore/Aconex replaced, multiple simultaneous projects, historical disputes), savings can exceed 150 k€/year — but we do not assert this publicly without customer case files to support it.
7. What we do NOT include in the calculation
In the interest of transparency, we do NOT claim these savings in our public communications:
- ❌ Team morale effect: impossible to quantify publicly even if real
- ❌ Increase in number of projects handled: highly dependent on your sales team
- ❌ Savings on external quality audits: variable by sector
- ❌ HSE savings (incidents avoided via traceability): 1 serious incident avoided = 50-500 k€ but probability hard to estimate
- ❌ Long-term archive (optional, 1,990-14,900 € one-time): this is an additional cost, not a saving
